The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all production equipment, facilities, and supporting systems remain safe, reliable, and fully operational.
This working‑supervisor role oversees daily maintenance activities, leads the maintenance technician team.
The position focuses on team management, equipment uptime, preventive maintenance execution, safety compliance, and efficient repair coordination.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Injection molding experience preferred.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3–5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
