Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry, Infiltrator manufactures a variety of revolutionary products and innovative, environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic wastewater system components. The majority of our products are produced almost entirely from recycled resins. Infiltrator’s recycling operation is among the country’s top twenty producers / consumers of recycled resins and among only a few of whom consume 100% of that resin in the finished products produced. Infiltrator operates some of largest molding machines and robotics producing the largest plastic molded parts in the world. IWT has always and continues to compete on innovation; we hold over 200 patents.

Responsibilities

Duties:

Execute annual and quarterly action plans for northern Florida sales area.
Identify, develop, and maintain sales and service opportunities through new and existing customers. Promote IWT products and onsite system technology
to contractors, distributors, engineers/designers and local regulators via sales calls, field product demonstrations, and educational presentations and
training classes. Manage and develop strategic partnerships with the distribution network in the territory to maximize effectiveness and market
penetration. Develop and maintain contacts with county and town level regulatory agencies. Provide support to the regional manager, and
government relations team to maintain and obtain required regulatory approvals and increase IWT market share. Remain current with all technical
aspects and requirements of IWT products, regulatory and code requirements in the territory, and technical and competitive advances within
the industry. Provide information to the marketing team, coordinate distribution contacts with customer service, and coordinate with the regional
manager for print materials, special programs, trade shows, and product ideas. Serve on industry organizations (such as state Florida Onsite
Wastewater Recycling Association) as directed by the regional manager.  Identify customer price points, issue customer credits, and resolve problem
sites in coordination with technical services through the regional manager approval. Telecommuting required; must live within northern Florida. Travel
within northern Florida 100% of the time.

 

Education and Experience

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field and 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the construction, water & sewage, or plumbing industries.
Alternatively, must have 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the construction, water & sewage, or plumbing industries.
Required experience must include 3 years:
(i) Outside sales experience with stormwater or wastewater management systems or products;
(ii) Creating & managing budgets, sales reports, expense reports, presentation materials.
Experience may be gained concurrently

 

Hours:  Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
