IWT is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing company! The Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting executive leadership and managing administrative operations across the corporate office of a manufacturing organization. This individual ensures smooth daily operations, efficient coordination of key company programs, and proactive executive support in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include administrative leadership, program administration, vendor coordination, executive support, travel & expense management, calendar & meeting coordination, meeting logistics, document management, communication and project support.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial or operational corporate environment. Excellent communications skills, able to represent the executive office with professionalism and discretion. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Experience with vendor coordination, facilities management, or fleet administration is strongly preferred. Public company experience and knowledge of manufacturing operations are a plus.
