Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineer/ Document Specialist to join our esteemed manufacturing organization within the wastewater industry. As a Junior Project Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects. Your primary role will be to support project teams by contributing to project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and disseminating technical documents, ensuring that all documentation adheres to company protocols. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of engineering documents, including but not limited to specifications, design documents, and compliance reports. The Document Specialist will work closely with engineering teams and project managers to facilitate efficient document flow, control revisions, and support project documentation requirements. The successful candidate will possess strong technical writing skills, a thorough understanding of engineering document standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. As a pivotal member of our organization, the Junior PM / Document Specialist will enhance overall operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance, thereby playing a significant role in our ongoing commitment to excellence in engineering practices. We are searching for a proactive individual passionate about maintaining high-quality documentation in a dynamic engineering environment.

 

The successful candidate should have an engineering degree, work or school experience in technical writing skills, and excellent computer skills in Microsoft suite.
